Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain related to Microsoft Environment
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users related to M365 issues
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure components.
• Deliver documentation related to Microsoft products for monthly reports
• Coordinate with Microsoft principal teams to deliver solutions (if escalation needed)
• Create and update technical documentation for IT staff and end-users related to Microsoft products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Have min 3 years experience in Microsoft Exchange, O365 AD
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Active Directory Security, Azure AD, O365, SQL Server, Windows Server
• Certification (Optional): MCSA, MCSE, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
