Responsibilities
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with merchants.
  • Monitor and follow up with merchants and internal merchant sales to ensure transaction growth for each active merchant.
  • Monitor and follow up on terminal statistics to maintain an active use rate at each merchant location.
  • Coordinate with Merchant Operations, Merchant Sales, Merchant Partnership, and Merchant Payment teams to ensure service delivery within SLA.
  • Collaborate with merchants to develop programs aimed at transaction growth and sales enhancement.
  • Analyze market trends, develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Research ways to increase the value of our products for clients, such as identifying missing features, improvements, client feedback, and competitor advantages.
  • Have a deep understanding of both our products and partners’ products to create successful partnerships.
Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and databases.
