Overview

To lead the development, production, distribution, and monitoring of POSM (including details of report) to support brand visibility, marketing campaigns, events, and sales objectives across various channels.

Responsibilities
  • POSM Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and Implement POSM plans aligned with the stakeholders and Marketing.
    • Collaborate with brand, marketing and sales teams to identify POSM needs based on campaign objectives, market trends and consumer insights.
  • POSM Development
    • Manage the design, material selection, production process and approval of POSM items.
  • Vendor & Production Management
    • Source, negotiate and manage vendors/suppliers for the production and installation of POSM. Ensure timely, cost-effective and high quality production of POSM.
  • Budget Management
    • Plan and control the POSM budget, ensuring optimal utilization and tracking expenses.
  • Distribution & Installation
    • Coordinate the distribution and installation of POSM materials to the outlets, ensuring timely delivery and proper placement. Monitor and evaluate POSM implementation.
  • Reporting & Evaluation
    • Provide regular reports weekly and monthly.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, POSM Management or Marketing Communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Good negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Has experience in working in multifunctional team
