• Acquiring various offline and online merchants.
• Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach.
• Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.
• Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.
• Manage the business principals onboarding process.
• Research and explore new business and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Min. 5 Years Experience
• Preference from Banking (tier 1/2) and Fintech
• Having good and proven experiences in acquiring merchant business
• Having good relationship with top merchants
• Having good knowledge and keep up to date with digital payment solutions
• Understand flow and procedure related to merchant transactions
• Having good leadership and attitude
• Able to working from office and ability to working with minimum supervise
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English is a must
• Posses good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
