About the job Merchandiser - Assistant Manager (F&B Retail)

ABOUT THE CLIENT: Brought together the strong passion for the art of baking and experience in New York to establish one of the biggest Patisseries in the industry, providing a wide range of cakes and hampers for everyone\'s needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The functions of merchandise management are to identify customer demand, find product to meet that demand, and maximize productivity of the product.

Location - Gandaria, South Jakarta
Reporting - Director

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing data to get information what the issue is and solve it with give advice to merchandising team to take action.
  • Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans
  • Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
  • Aware with market research trends with other brand
  • Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
  • Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the best-selling price point, taste, colors or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential
  • Analyzing the previous seasons sales and reporting on the current seasons lines
  • Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problem or delays as they arise
  • Collaborate with others departments
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as planner, buyer, business analyst, data analyst, inventory analyst, merchandiser, assistant buyer (at least 4 years).
  • Required skills: Data Analytics, Retail, Merchandising
  • Strong ownership and attention to details
  • Strong problem solving and attention to details
  • Proven working experience in merchandising on a similar role.
  • Preferably have related experience in Retail F&B / FMCG
  • Ability to run Microsoft Excel is a must
