We are currently looking for a highly driven and experienced MEP Site Engineer to be based in our project site at West Java for an exciting ambitious project in Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection) at site.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and installation plans for constructability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other engineering teams to resolve technical/site conflicts.
• Monitor installation quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Track progress, monitor resource use, and prepare site reports for project updates.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and project documentation requirements.
• Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and promote safe working practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience in MEP installation and supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection standards.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and ITPs.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Commitment to enforcing HSE regulations and ensuring safe site operations.
