Engage doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals through effective, science-based presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and potential prescribers.
Identify new business opportunities in community and hospital settings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop winning strategies.
Collaborate with distributors to ensure smooth product availability and market coverage.
Execute strategic sales plans, achieve targets, and provide regular field activity reports.
Participate in medical events, round-table discussions, and conferences to support product visibility.
A Diploma graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Biology, etc.).
Experience in sales or medical promotion is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Familiar with pharmacy channels, sales planning, and CRM tools (e.g., OPTIMA).
