Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Active English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching and working with children.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to students aged 3–13 years old using the Eye Level curriculum.
• Provide individualized learning support tailored to each student’s ability and progress.
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate lessons according to the learning program.
• Monitor and track students’ academic development and provide feedback to parents.
• Assist in managing classroom activities to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and the center manager to improve teaching quality.
• Support administrative and academic tasks related to students’ learning.
