Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field, along with TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. This role involves planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining class administration, ensuring standards are met across the teaching team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an ESL/EFL context.
• Proven ability to mentor and support other teachers.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students ranging from young learners to adults.
• Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs and proficiency levels of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and materials to facilitate learning and encourage student participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular reports and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
