  • Create and implement brand communication concepts for product SKUs in line with bar launch programs.
  • Refine and optimize existing brand communication concepts to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to support communication strategies.
  • Provide innovative proposals and creative ideas aligned with individual expertise and business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, R&D) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Economic, or any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, market research or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and consumer behavior insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics is a strong plus.
