Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our baby kids' fashion brands.
- Oversee the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to create a strong brand presence in the market.
- Lead and manage e-commerce marketing initiatives, including website / MP marketing optimization, online advertising, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Utilize digital marketing channels to reach and engage our target audience, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Implement CRM strategies to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, ensuring high customer retention rates.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools, including AI-based marketing solutions, and adapt them for the benefit of our brands.
- Monitor marketing performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience of which the last 4-5 years should be marcom experience activating both the offline and online spaces.
- Team management experience is a must.
- Should have worked with global principals before. Alternatively local brand experience is fine as long as the candidate has worked in a an organization where the local brand was owned rather than franchised.
- Must have familiarity with the principals of media planning & execution, especially as it relates to digital marketing including KOL planning and execution.
- Must have familiarity with basic market research tools and techniques and should have evidenced usage of the same at different points within the career.
- Must have experience of content creation either individually or by directing other departments/ 3rd parties in the context of social media (non ads), events, design & multimedia.
- Familiar with principles of P&L’s and ability to understand and shape the impact of marcom initiatives on the P&L
- Fluent in English and Bahasa with good public speaking/presentation skills

- Previous merchandising or retail operations experience is a definite positive
- Experience working with external agencies particularly creative, market research agencies
- Evidence of expanding footprint of the brands beyond offline and online footprint through partnerships
