About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join the dynamic team at PT YUK LAUNDRY ONLINE'. In this full-time contract role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and loyalty for our innovative laundry delivery service. Based in our Jakarta Selatan office, you will play a key role in achieving the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach and engage target customers
• Manage the company's social media presence and online advertising initiatives to build brand equity and convert leads
• Analyse marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategy
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to maximise their impact

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the e-commerce, retail or services industry
