The successful candidate will develop strategies for brand awareness, manage both online and offline marketing channels, and oversee marketing data analysis to optimize strategies. Lead the marketing team and oversee all marketing activities across online and offline channels.
Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and support the company’s ongoing brand change/brand transformation initiative.
Drive lead generation efforts through digital marketing, social media, advertising, SEO/SEM, content, and other marketing funnels.
Manage offline marketing activities including exhibitions, pop‑up booths, events, and collaborations.
Ensure strong and consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
Oversee marketing data analysis to support decision‑making and strategy optimization.
Work closely with design, data, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Monitor marketing KPIs such as leads, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, online marketing, and social media ecosystems.
Experience handling brand change / rebranding is a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing both online and offline marketing strategies.
Good understanding of marketing funnels, brand building, and lead generation.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and external vendors.
Creative, data‑driven, and able to execute marketing strategies independently.
