The Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategy across digital channels, events, and brand initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and position us as a leader in the conversational AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs (pipeline growth, CAC, ROI, etc.).
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Lead campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, social, and content marketing.
- Partner with Sales to build and optimize lead generation funnels.
Content & Brand
- Oversee content strategy (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, thought leadership).
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Design marketing assets including social media graphics, ad creatives, presentations, infographics, and event collateral.
- Edit short-form videos for social media, product explainers, and event promotions.
Product & Market Positioning
- Translate technical AI/ML features into customer-focused value propositions.
- Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Support product launches with go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
Community & Events
- Build brand visibility through industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Foster a strong online community of users, advocates, and partners.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance data to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in AI, automation, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Bonus: Experience with conversational AI, CX, or chatbot technologies.
