Job summary

A leading composites company in Jawa Barat is seeking a Marketing/Business Development professional with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall marketing strategy, securing new B2B opportunities, and optimizing marketing channels. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Willingness to be placed in Cikarang is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the company’s overall marketing & business development strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B), especially within the manufacturing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market segments, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Manage and optimise marketing channels (digital, offline, exhibitions, industrial events).
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, sales) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor sales pipelines with the sales team to ensure revenue targets are met.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development, with strong exposure to manufacturing industry/Oil & Gas/Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in developing B2B markets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experienced in presenting to industrial clients.
  • Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
