Position Overview
The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in developing and planning integrated marketing strategies for Primuse Group’s in-house entertainment and lifestyle brands. This is a strategic and creative role focused on conceptualizing campaigns, building timelines, and devising activations that drive brand growth and engagement.
As a key member of the marketing team at Five Elements Agency, the Executive will be responsible for transforming high‑level brand objectives into actionable, multi‑channel marketing plans. They will work at the intersection of strategy and creativity, ensuring that every campaign is well‑conceived, thoroughly planned, and aligned with the brand’s unique identity. This position is ideal for a proactive and conceptual thinker with a passion for building compelling brand stories in Bali’s dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Planning
- Develop comprehensive campaign concepts, strategies, and activation plans for brand initiatives, product launches, and events, in line with objectives set by the Brand Manager.
- Create detailed project timelines and roadmaps for each campaign, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Conceptualize on‑ground activations, events, and partnership tie‑ins that create memorable brand experiences and drive business goals.
- Define the channel strategy and key messaging for each campaign, ensuring an integrated approach across all relevant touchpoints (digital, PR, on‑ground, partnerships).
Cross-Functional Briefing & Collaboration
- Translate campaign strategies into clear, inspiring, and actionable briefs for the internal Content, Creative, and Digital teams.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for internal teams during the campaign planning phase, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the concept and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to present and pitch campaign ideas to senior leadership.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities for campaigns and activations.
- Analyze past campaign performance to extract insights that inform future strategy and planning.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep the brands culturally relevant and at the forefront of the industry.
Project & Budget Oversight
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing campaign budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Track campaign project plans and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven focus on campaign planning, brand strategy, or marketing program development.
- Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or events industry is essential.
- A strong portfolio examples of marketing campaigns or activation concepts you have developed.
- Deep understanding of the Bali/Indonesia lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment markets.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate high‑level goals into concrete plans.
- Excellent project management skills, with a talent for creating timelines and managing multiple projects.
- A strong creative instinct and storytelling ability.
- Ability to write clear, effective, and inspiring creative and strategic briefs.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to share and defend ideas.
- Fluent and professional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
