Overview

The Marketing Event & Partnership role is responsible for designing, managing, and executing events while building strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This position works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all activities run effectively, efficiently, and in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing events (exhibitions, showroom activities, collaborations, sponsorships, etc.).
  • Manage event concepts, timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with brands, communities, and media to strengthen market positioning.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports (ROI, leads, sales/brand impact).
  • Coordinate with the communication/digital team to maximize event and partnership promotion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, or brand activation (preferably in automotive, luxury, or lifestyle).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Wide network with event vendors, media, and communities is a plus.
  • Flexible, mobile, and willing to attend events as required.
