A leading facility management company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist with 4–6 years of experience. The role involves developing brand strategies, producing communication materials, and managing corporate communications. Candidates should have skills in brand strategy, proposal development, and digital marketing, along with knowledge of design tools. This position supports growth in the Remote Site Services and Catering sectors, and requires a collaborative mindset to work with various teams.
Aden Indonesia is seeking an experienced Marketing Communication Specialist (4–6 years) to drive branding, corporate communication, and marketing initiatives across our Remote Site Services, Catering, and Integrated Facility Management business lines. This role is highly collaborative, supporting commercial growth, tender submissions, and cross-functional communication with Operations, Commercial, Project, and HSE teams.
Develop and execute brand and communication strategies to strengthen Aden’s positioning in RSM, Catering, and IFM sectors.
Produce high-quality communication materials: proposals, capability statements, case studies, presentations, client decks, and tender documents.
Lead ESG, sustainability, and CSR communication—narratives, highlights, stakeholder updates, and alignment with corporate initiatives.
Manage corporate communication outputs: press releases, announcements, project updates, crisis statements, and internal memos.
Strengthen digital presence through social media planning, content creation, and performance analytics, especially for LinkedIn B2B audiences.
Translate technical information (MEP, camp services, catering standards, HSE practices) into clear brand stories and marketing content.
Support tender and proposal submissions with improved narratives, visual layouts, and value-proposition messaging.
Coordinate corporate events, client visits, site activation branding, and end-to-end branding execution.
Oversee vendors, agencies, and production partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to refine brand positioning.
Ensure brand guideline compliance across all communication channels and on-site branding touchpoints.
4–6 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, or B2B Marketing.
Strong capability in brand strategy, corporate writing, proposal development, and technical storytelling.
Experience in ESG or sustainability communication is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and analytics—especially LinkedIn.
Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Illustrator, InDesign) and advanced PowerPoint skills.
Strong coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, creative mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
