Job description
Responsibilities

Effectively create and coordinate the development of marketing and promotional material from design, approval, production, and distribution.

Coordinated for events marketing (online and offline)

Research, planning, and implementing creative idea for campaign

Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion

Leading public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, event community.

Handling social media and content marketing, Create content schedules for social media (daily, weekly, monthly) for Restaurant a needs.

Supervise social media starting from performance matric, trends, provide actionable insight to improve reach, engagement and conversion

Communicate / coordinate with vendors and third party relating to the company’ marketing products and services.

Directing, Planning and Implementation strategy marketing.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI based on data-driven insights.

Lead marketing team to achieve annual and long-term Marketing goals, and Lead the Marketing team to create creative marketing content

Develop marketing and sales strategy, goals, milestones, and marketing plan.

Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget

Evaluating and maintaining marketing Strategy

Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership and management skills
  • Good understanding and working experience in the hospitality / F&B industries,
  • Min 10 year experience as PR & Marketing Communication Manager
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s degree, preferably marketing or communication studies.
  • Experience in related field is required
  • Experience in copywriter for social media and press release
  • Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing
  • The Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
  • Excellent in Content creator, Graphic desainer, Photography, Videography and Editing is plus
  • Strong Interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Computer literate especially Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and power point)
  • Highly organized, able to work independently under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing task with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in communicating in a foreign language, at least English, both Oral and Written
