Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain all sales and marketing documents such as quotations, contracts, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and reports.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of tender and contract documents in accordance with oil and gas industry standards (e.g., SKK Migas, Pertamina, or other vendor requirements).
  • Maintain and update the database for clients, projects, and active contracts.
  • Manage company certification and legal documents (SIUP, NPWP, SKT Migas, ISO, Deed of Establishment, etc.) required for tender participation or vendor registration.
