Job description
Responsibilities
  • Market Access Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement market access strategies to communicate product value and secure optimal access; identify potential barriers to market access and propose solutions to mitigate risks; align market access strategies with commercial and medical teams to support product positioning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, payers, healthcare providers, and policymakers; conduct disease awareness programs, health economic studies, and local outcome research to demonstrate the product’s value; collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives that improve healthcare accessibility.
  • Health Economics & Value Demonstration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop health economic models and real-world evidence to support reimbursement applications; provide insights into pricing strategies, reimbursement policies, and payer expectations; monitor regulatory and policy changes that impact market access and advise on necessary adjustments.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of market access initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly; generate reports and insights to support decision-making at the leadership level; ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, Public Affairs, or related fields in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and policy regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience in health economics and outcome research is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
