Job description

Key Requirements – Managing Director (MD)

• Proven experience as Managing Director / CEO / Business Head in sportswear, fashion retail, footwear, or consumer goods, with strong exposure to business turnaround or transformation
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute turnaround strategies, including brand repositioning, product relevance, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement
• Strong commercial acumen, with deep understanding of retail economics across retail, wholesale, online, and B2B channels
• Hands‑on experience managing inventory challenges, including liquidation strategy, pricing architecture, and channel segmentation while protecting brand equity
• Solid exposure to product lifecycle management and manufacturing / supply chain operations
• Experience evaluating and improving production capability, efficiency, and quality standards, including collaboration with sourcing, factory, and QA teams
• Strong financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ROI‑driven decision-making
• Strong people and organizational leadership, with experience building, restructuring, and strengthening teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
• Ability to drive a performance‑driven, accountable, and execution‑focused culture with a strong retail mindset
• Comfortable working directly with owners, board, and holding management, providing clear reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
