Position

Role: Manager, Strategic Sourcing. This role manages all sourcing operations to build value-driven vendor partnerships with a focus on risk management, reliability and cost effectiveness in support of the organization\'s strategy.Responsibilities include leading structured negotiations, coordinating internal stakeholders to define material, quality and service requirements, and managing contracts. The manager nurtures vendor partnerships, sets KPIs, creates and monitors vendor scorecards, and evaluates new sources and methods to ensure reliable supply. The role involves market intelligence, benchmarking, process optimization, and cost control using ERP systems. A bachelor\'s degree is required. The manager oversees day-to-day staff performance and ensures projects, milestones and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing operations and vendor partnerships with focus on risk management, reliability and cost effectiveness.
• Lead structured negotiations and contract management; coordinate with internal stakeholders on requirements and standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and vendor scorecards; evaluate vendor performance and source new suppliers.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and price trend analysis to anticipate fluctuations.
• Improve processes, create efficiencies, and control costs using ERP systems.
• Provide leadership for subordinate staff and ensure adherence to budgets and project milestones.
