Role: Manager, Strategic Sourcing. This role manages all sourcing operations to build value-driven vendor partnerships with a focus on risk management, reliability and cost effectiveness in support of the organization\'s strategy.Responsibilities include leading structured negotiations, coordinating internal stakeholders to define material, quality and service requirements, and managing contracts. The manager nurtures vendor partnerships, sets KPIs, creates and monitors vendor scorecards, and evaluates new sources and methods to ensure reliable supply. The role involves market intelligence, benchmarking, process optimization, and cost control using ERP systems. A bachelor\'s degree is required. The manager oversees day-to-day staff performance and ensures projects, milestones and budgets are met.
