Job description

Lead, manage, and oversee all finance, accounting, and tax operations across the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Prepare and control budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasts aligned with corporate strategy.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.

Manage both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Supervise group tax compliance (PPh, VAT, withholding taxes, and annual tax reporting) in line with applicable regulations.

Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the Board of Directors and shareholders.

Develop and enhance financial systems, policies, and internal control procedures for greater operational efficiency.

Coach and build a high-performing FAT team with strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CA, Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position, preferably within a Holding or Group Company.

Strong expertise in PSAK/IFRS, financial consolidation, and corporate tax strategy.

Deep understanding of holding structure, investment, and intercompany transactions.

Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to coordinate with multiple business units and cross-functional teams.

High integrity, strong leadership, and effective communication skills with executives and auditors.

Proficient in ERP or corporate accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).

Able to work under tight deadlines and manage complex financial operations across entities.
