The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Manager, Digital Marketing Activator to join our AMENA marketing team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the AMENA Head of Digital, core focus of the role is Markets Digital Activations guided by Regional Digital Programs.
Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:
1. Digital Excellence & Gold Standards
- Implement and maintain regional digital gold standards across social, earned, owned, and paid media.
- Ensure accurate tagging, taxonomy, governance, and Visual Brand Language compliance across markets.
- Manage central social/ad accounts (Meta BM, TikTok BC, Google).
- Support website maintenance and AI optimization.
- Drive influencer marketing excellence.
- Uplift capabilities through local implementation of regional trainings and alignment with 360x ecosystem standards.
2. Media Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Review media plans for sufficiency, structure, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with agencies/partners to optimize campaigns across major platforms.
- Lead optimization cycles to improve cost efficiency and funnel KPIs.
- Support attribution modeling and advanced measurement frameworks.
- Use AI-Nova to deliver digital assets aligned with content maps.
3. Insights & Digitalization
- Maintain accuracy of the Live Digital Cockpit with complete Search and Social data ingestion.
- Combine social listening, SEO/GEO, and platform insights to provide actionable market guidance.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, escalating recommendations to marketing teams.
- Support market digitalization (automation, AI-assisted workflows, data governance).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Digital Marketing).
- 5+ years of digital agency experience with expertise in media planning/activation, tagging, analytics, campaign optimization, and influencer marketing.
- Strong background in social and search platforms with proven success in KPI tracking, optimization, and digital governance.
- Skilled in AI-supported workflows (content generation, QA, optimization insights, GPTs, prompt engineering).
- Experienced with dashboards (Looker Studio), digital insights, and cross-channel measurement.
- Effective in engaging and managing multiple markets, stakeholders, and agencies with precision and speed.
