About the role

HJM' is seeking an experienced Manager Accounting and Tax to join our team in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax functions within the organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other key financial reports
• Oversee the tax compliance process, including the preparation and filing of all tax returns
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to the management team
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting and tax management role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
