Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in similar role (GM, OM)
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role (SE)
• Placement: West Sumatra (GM, SE), and Bogor (OM)
• Business driven and good leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivated, creative, innovative, and result oriented
• Good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
