Responsibilities – Electrical Engineer
- The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment delivery), output equipment software FAT/LOP checklist and other documents to ensure that the new equipment meets design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality).
- Promote the assembly, commissioning and capacity climbing of the new cable according to the project plan to ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements.
- Support the software improvement of process capability, production efficiency, excellent rate, energy consumption and manufacturing cost of existing cable pulling equipment.
- Implement technical standard formulation and audit of equipment PLC program and robot system.
- Perform the audit of key equipment changes, and provide change control and technical support for the site.
- Perform the audit of electrical related AM/PM form formulation and update.
- Perform the confirmation of risky spare parts list and update of electrical related equipment.

- Perform the audit of key equipment changes, and provide change control and technical support for the site.
- Perform the audit of formulating and updating AM/PM forms related to machinery.
- Perform the confirmation of risk spare parts list and update of machinery related equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience as Maintenance Engineer and ability to perform equipment scheme reviews, FAT/LOP documentation, and change control.
- Ability to promote assembly, commissioning and capacity scaling to meet mass production requirements.
- Experience in software improvement for process capability, production efficiency, energy consumption and cost management of machinery.
- Familiarity with technical standard formulation and auditing of PLC/programs, robot systems, and AM/PM forms.
- Capability to audit key equipment changes and manage spare parts risk lists.
