Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will design, implement, and deploy scalable ML solutions (object detection) that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms and business workflows. This role requires hands-on expertise in building ML pipelines, strong programming skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning solutions and integrate them into various platforms and system architectures.
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable ML pipelines that are production-ready.
• Collaborate with domain experts (e.g., marketing, sales) and developers to deliver impactful ML-driven solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve ML models, including retraining, revalidating, and tuning for performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for machine learning workflows.
• Research, experiment, and apply new ML methods, frameworks, and best practices to improve models and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and deploying ML models into real-world applications or business research.
• Strong understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter Notebook, or Anaconda.
• Hands-on experience with ML services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for ML pipelines, including GPU training (CUDA), model evaluation (TensorBoard), and deployment (SageMaker, Docker).
• Proficiency in programming languages for ML, especially Python with relevant libraries.
• Solid knowledge of ML algorithms: classification, detection, regression, clustering, hyperparameter tuning, etc.
• Experience with image processing/computer vision techniques (e.g., OpenCV).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for ML deployment.

It Is a Plus If You Have

• Experience with ML experiment tracking tools such as MLflow.
• Hands-on knowledge of data labeling tools such as Label Studio.
• Experience running ML workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or other Kubernetes platforms.
