A technology and engineering firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Loss Prevention / Technical Safety Project Lead. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and at least 15 years of experience in FEED and EPCI projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities include leading safety team activities and interfacing with project stakeholders while managing costs and schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in FEED and EPCI project in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Must have management skills and experience to lead internal teams.
  • Flexibility to be assigned in office and yard.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Technical Safety Team activities within the assigned budget and time schedule.
  • Interface with other disciplines, international vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor and control man-hour consumption.

Task

  • Will be assigned as Loss Prevention / Technical Safety Project Lead / Deputy Project Lead for EPCI offshore oil and gas project
  • Lead the Technical Safety Team activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards
  • Interface with others disciplines, international vendors and Client
  • Define list of activities and deliverables, set up time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all discipline project documents
  • Ensure discipline project progress, monitor and control man-hour consumption
  • Support Project effort with identification of changes to the Contract scope
  • Track and report to the Project Management the discipline scope of work changes updating man-hours and cost estimate
  • Participate to the multidisciplinary project reviews
  • Inform on a permanent basis the Technical Manager and if required the Project Manager of any foreseen technical or financial or delay risk
