Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations includingwarehouse, inventory management, and delivery/distribution.

Oversee inbound & outbound goods, stock movement, and ensure accurate documentation in the warehouse system/ERP.

Conduct and monitorregular stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system data, and ensure minimal discrepancies.

Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch (dry goods & finished goods).

Implement and continuously improvewarehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and operational workflows.

Plan and organize daily delivery schedules, allocate vehicles, manage drivers, and ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance with operational regulations.

Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor orders, incoming materials, and stock replenishment.

Analyze logistics performance and report key KPIs (stock accuracy, delivery timeliness, fulfillment rate, cost efficiency).

Lead and coach the logistics team to ensure productivity, discipline, and strong operational execution.

Requirements

Minimum5 years of experiencein Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics Management in aRestaurant / F&B companywith multiple warehouses and large SKU volume.

Strong background in F&B logistics, including handlingproducts.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.

Hands-on experience withWarehouse Management Systems, ERP, stock opname, and distribution planning.

Proven leadership skills with experience leading warehouse and logistics teams.

Strong understanding of inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse processes.

Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
