Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and distribution.
- Experience managing inventory control, stock accuracy, and material flow to support production.
- Familiar with import–export procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance (if applicable).
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and logistics optimization.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and logistics-related software.
- Ability to analyze logistics data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing logistics teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills with production, procurement, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management/reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to be placed in Bogor City.
Role Purpose
Overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure the on‑time, efficient and cost‑effective flow of materials from suppliers to the production line and finished goods to customers.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
1. Collaborate with Central Team to Control and Monitor Finished Good Planning
- Collaborate with S&M team to ensure demand planning activity is performed on schedule: collect, consolidate and analyze market information to produce reliable forecast.
- Use forecast accuracy and excess forecast reports as tools for deeper analysis.
- Work with Central Team to deliver supply network and operation planning reviews, providing visibility of capacity utilization 6‑12 months ahead to support strategic decisions (built‑up stock, overtime, import of finished goods, CAPEX for capacity expansion).
- Monitor PPDS Planner for production allocation following set‑up rules: one‑click apply associate dyeing allocation to optimize keograms per lot; review queue and adjust as needed for dyeing & winding to manage long queues.
- Review order frequency analysis to define stock and non‑stock items, maintaining agreed service levels within targeted inventory levels.
- Review and take action for SLOB material.
2. Control and Monitor Raw Material Planning for Production (Grey Thread and Makeup Material)
- Control grey thread quantities plan, compare with central team suggested quantity.
- Ensure continuous follow‑up of orders in transit, react to supplier changes and demand changes, optimizing stock levels and projected stocks.
- Analyze shortage lists: identify items in Product View, check available stock at site, calculate non‑reserved stock, check next purchase order, assign grey thread items for rationing/prioritizing, identify article tickets.
- Prepare monthly consumption and stock reports—beginning of each month for the previous month (including SID report), submit at month end.
- Review forecast accuracy report and take necessary action.
- Provide stock‑in‑transit report at month end and send to Finance Department.
- Monitor makeup material and packing stock updates—analyze and plan required quantities to order, monitor arrival schedule.
3. Production Control
- Responsible for daily performance management driven by the Operations Cockpit.
4. Service Improvement Initiatives
- Identify actions, initiatives, and solutions required for service improvement and customer satisfaction, driving implementation to meet target service KPIs (SOLT/OTIF/customer specific needs).
5. Master Data and Export‑Import Compliance
- Ensure master data is set and aligned with global policy.
- Control and monitor export and import activities to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulation.
