Live Operator

Requirements:

• Understand technical aspects of operating electronic devices (smartphones, microphones, computers).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team or individually.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and swift.
• Proficient in operating computers.
• Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends, national holidays, and night shifts).
• Work schedule: 3-4 days per week (35-45 hours/week) with a total of 160-176 hours/month.

Job Description:

• Replace the Host when they have a brief absence (for restroom breaks or other necessities) in a timely manner. Products include lingerie, women's bras, panties, and fashion items.
• Ensure smooth operation of live streaming.
• Experience with operating OBS Studio is a plus.
• Prepare the live streaming room.
• Adjust studio lighting and camera settings to create a visually appealing live broadcast.
• Assist the Host in engaging the audience during live streaming.
• Maintain and care for the supporting equipment used in live streaming.

Work Location: Work From Office (WFO) at Paramount Modern Market, Gading Serpong.
