Then come in and join us as the Licensing Lead to ensure seamless market access and regulatory compliance for Siemens Healthineers’ portfolio across Indonesia. This position is responsible for leading and managing all product registration, licensing, and regulatory submissions to support timely commercialization of medical devices, diagnostics, and advanced healthcare technologies.

Your Role
  • You will manage the manpower planning for Testing Institution/ agency, Radiation Protection Officers and Compliance test.
  • You will ensure that the field force has the knowledge and certification for doing the necessary compliance test.
  • You will update all testing methods according to nuclear agency and MoH regulations.
  • You will ensure that proper documentation for Radiation Protection Officers and compliance test is completed according to defined timelines.
  • You will prepare, review and submit the necessary assessment, report dosage usage and plan require action to avoid exceeding the dose limits.
  • You will be responsible for the availability of documentation of permit licenses to be received by customers.
  • You will assign teams for auditor representative for Customer Service Representative.
  • You will manage cost effectiveness of radiation leakage test and compliance test.
  • You will collaborate with other stakeholders internally and externally for the licensing scope.
  • You will manage the standard operating procedures and working instructions for the licensing team.
  • You will ensure all tools required are available and calibrated.
  • You will manage all Letter of Statement for spare part importation and ensure 100% compliance.
Your Expertise
  • You have a Diploma degree or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Physics.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in general X-Ray products.
  • You are willing to travel between the states in Indonesia.
