Job Description

• Provide expert legal advice to the company\'s management on various legal issues, including contracts, intellectual property, employment, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company\'s interests.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
• Compliance and Risk Management
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
  • Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases in collaboration with external counsel when necessary.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring effective and efficient resolution.
• Corporate Governance
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, including board resolutions and shareholder meetings.
  • Maintain records of all corporate documents and filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
