Overview

At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Law. Fluent in spoken and written Indonesian and English. Proficient in Corporate Law, Corporate Drafting, General Corporate, Merger & Acquisition (M&A), Banking & Finance, Capital Market, Aspects of public companies, Intellectual Property, Licenses & Compliance. Able to operate MS Office (such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.). Possess problem-solving character, deep and comprehensive research ability, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly and dynamically.

Job Role:

Carry out all transactions related to M&A, joint venture formation, foreign investment, foreign ownership restrictions, and other corporate actions. Draft documents related to acquisitions, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, corporate approvals, loan agreements, guarantee agreements, and other agreements related to corporate transactions. Conduct corporate actions related to fundraising. Participate in company restructuring processes, including shareholders and capital restructuring. Handle licensing processes in Indonesia related to OSS, KBLI, and other sectoral permits. Fulfill reporting obligations in Indonesia according to the licenses held by each entity within the corporate group. Manage general transactions related to public companies such as IPOs, rights issues, and others. Ensure the company’s business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
