A leading luxury hotel chain in Jakarta Utara is seeking a role focused on enhancing employees' English language skills. You will assist in implementing training programs aimed at improving communication standards and evaluating English proficiency among staff and new hires. This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Education/Language and a minimum of two years' experience teaching English to adults, preferably in an international hotel environment.
To support the Learning & Development Manager in achieving the hotel’s training and performance goals by ensuring employees have the required English proficiency. This role assists in implementing English language training programs for all employee levels, assessing English competency for new hires and existing employees, scheduling and conducting training sessions, and maintaining accurate attendance and assessment records. The role also supports communication with Department Heads regarding test results and attendance, and helps monitor and improve English communication standards across the hotel.
