Job description

To support the Learning & Development Manager in achieving the hotel’s training and performance goals by ensuring employees have the required English proficiency. This role assists in implementing English language training programs for all employee levels, assessing English competency for new hires and existing employees, scheduling and conducting training sessions, and maintaining accurate attendance and assessment records. The role also supports communication with Department Heads regarding test results and attendance, and helps monitor and improve English communication standards across the hotel.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Master Degree from English Education/Language program
  • Computer Literate
  • Statistical, analytical research skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel in teaching English for adults
