• Developing a highly-concurrent and distributed system
• System Performance optimization and problem diagnosis
• Leading technical team especially backend team
• Designing/Developing for high-availability
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and learning experience
• Analyse requirements, design and develop features
• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with fellow developers, product team, user experience team, and operation team to build better products with mobile technologies

Responsibilities

• Fast learner & good analytical thinking

• We work on Nodejs and are open to implement other language, before that you should proficient with NodeJs
• Experience to build highly concurrent, distributed architectures/ systems
• Experience with Microservice architecture
• Having experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL
• Familiar with Linux development environments
• Familiarity with Deployment on Cloud (AWS, Alibaba Cloud) with Jenkins, Ansible, Consul
• Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile method
