Job description

As a Junior PPIC, you will support the planning and control of production and inventory to ensure materials availability, smooth production flow, and optimal stock levels. This role works closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to help meet delivery targets efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts and stock levels

Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to ensure availability and avoid overstock or stockouts

Update and maintain PPIC data, including production schedules, inventory records, and reports

Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing teams regarding material needs and delivery schedules

Support production monitoring and help identify delays or deviations from plan

Assist in stock opname and inventory reconciliation

Prepare basic PPIC reports for supervisor/manager

Follow PPIC procedures, SOPs, and data accuracy standards

Job Requirements

Minimum D3 / S1 in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, Logistics, or related field

Min 1 year experience in PPIC or manufacturing

Basic of production planning and inventory control concepts

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and data

Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work under supervision
