We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to support the financial operations of our client’s growing business in managing multiple branch. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, and the ability to work closely with management to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple branches, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting.

Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to support management decisions.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.

Consolidate and review financial reports from each branch, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Support management in cash flow monitoring, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Contribute to process improvement and strengthen internal financial controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree is a plus).

>4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit; exposure to service, retail, or franchise business preferred.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
