Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimal 5 years of experience in marketing activation / sales promotion, experience within the FMCG sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing activation campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.
- Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to drive consumer engagement.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Develop and manage activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for marketing activation.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted promotions and activities.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to refine marketing activation strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure cohesive execution of activation plans.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to coordinate campaign logistics and deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and materials for marketing activations.
- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
