  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and manage activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for marketing activation.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted promotions and activities.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to refine marketing activation strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure cohesive execution of activation plans.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to coordinate campaign logistics and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and materials for marketing activations.
