Account Manager
Responsibilities
  • Create new relationship with potential customers and expand our business channel.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship to increase sales and loyalty.
  • Present our products and solutions to customers, help them become more successful, and do a tight follow-up to generate sales.
  • Process and monitor incoming orders and ensure delivery lead time is met, including project management, contract management, and overall deal succession.
  • Work closely with product team and develop your IT knowledge by attending learning/training classes.
  • Exceptional spoken and written presentation skills in one-to-one, small groups, and large audiences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma or higher qualification in an IT field, Business, Marketing, PR.
  • Exposure to cross-industry sales models.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Enterprise.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in company IT (System Integrator).
  • Experience in IT solutions server, data center and others.
  • Willing to learn new knowledge about IT technology.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Honest, self-motivated, high integrity, able to work in team & independent.
  • Good command of written and oral English.
  • Target oriented.
  • Result driven, mature, independent and possess self-initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and Internet skills.
  • Business oriented with an ambitious growth mindset.
