Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging graphic designs for a variety of digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, product packaging, and marketing materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our brand remains visually appealing and impactful.

Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges, while working within established brand guidelines and quality standards.

Participate in the review and refinement of design concepts to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.

Provide support and assistance to more senior designers as needed.

Will be placed at South Jakarta.

Willing to work from office (Monday - Saturday).

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, colour, and composition.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
