Job summary

A Japanese consulting company in Indonesia is seeking a bilingual staff member to support client communications and recruitment processes. The role involves translating documents and bridging communication between clients and recruiters. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Japanese Language, and be proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2). Experience is preferred but fresh graduates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Japanese Speaker Staff; Fresh Graduates will be considered.
• Proficient in both oral and written Japanese at a minimum JLPT N2 level.
• Ability to handle various administrative tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive order information from clients for SSW or Internship in Japan.
• Bridge communication between clients and recruiters.
• Translate documents from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa.

Overview

Job responsibilities and requirements for a bilingual role supporting client communications and recruitment processes with a Japanese company in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Receive order information from clients for SSW (Tokutei Ginou) or Internship in Japan
• Bridge communication between clients/3rd parties and recruiters to support clients’ recruitment process
• Handle correspondence with clients and other related parties
• Coordinate with recruiters regarding the recruitment process
• Translate documents (CV, etc.) from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa
• Interpret conversations/meetings/interviews from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa
• Support administration (CV, candidate medical records, etc.)

Requirements

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably from Japanese Language major
• Experienced as Japanese Speaker Staff at least 1 year, preferably from LPK/Japanese company (Fresh Graduate will be considered)
• Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) both oral and written
• Ability to manage, organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Willing to work in Cibitung Area (Japanese Consulting Company)
