Job summary

A leading logistics company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced operational manager. The ideal candidate will lead activities in export, import, customs clearance, and more while ensuring compliance with regulations. Applicants should have at least 8 years in forwarding/logistics and strong leadership skills. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in forwarding/logistics, with 3 years in a managerial position.
• Understanding of customs documents, export-import regulations, IATA/FIATA, and logistics operational systems.
• PPJK license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all operational activities (export, import, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing).
• Ensure all processes comply with customs regulations and other applicable regulations.
• Manage relationships with shipping lines, airlines, trucking vendors, and related agencies.
• Handle and resolve operational issues and customer complaints quickly and appropriately.

Strong leadership, able to manage teams and build cross-departmental coordination.

Good communication skills in Indonesian & English (spoken/written), Mandarin language skills are a plus.
