Job summary

A leading musical instrument retailer in Jakarta is seeking an experienced accountant to manage payment distributions, assist in audits, and create financial documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, and proficient in accounting software. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. This is a full-time position in Jakarta addressing the need for detail-oriented professionals in the finance sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in accounting.
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting and tax.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using accounting software (ERP).
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
• Having experience working as an auditor is preferred.
• IT skills required: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Input distribution received payment to Globe3.
• Assist Audit Process.
• Assist Annual Tax Report.
• Create Credit Note.
• Reporting for LKPM.
• Create Good Valuation & Purchase Invoice for Local Supplier.
• Update payment status at bank Indonesia.
• Reconcile Receipt Payment with Bank Statement.
• Reconcile Account Receivable from Distribution.
• Filling Document GR GV PI Direct Shipment and DHL Shipment.
• Record Purchase Credit Note.
