IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (NETWORK & HARDWARE)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of the company’s computer hardware to ensure stable operation.
• Manage and optimize the company’s network architecture to ensure efficiency, security, and stability.
• Develop and implement network security strategies, prevent cyber-attacks, handle security incidents, and ensure data protection.
• Ensure smooth operation of the company’s video conferencing systems, including equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to design and propose network and hardware solutions, and provide technical support and professional solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of computer hardware performance, parameters, and installation processes, with experience in hardware maintenance.
• Proficient in networking principles and protocols; skilled in configuring and managing network equipment.
• Solid understanding of network security technologies; familiar with common cyber-attack methods and defense strategies; capable of handling security incidents.
• Good English reading and writing skills; able to comprehend English technical documentation and engage in technical discussions in English.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Responsible, diligent, and professional in conduct.
