Job description

• Plan and implement the company’s IT security strategy based on the latest technology trends to support business goals, including IT structure, staffing, and required skills.
• Create and manage IT Governance frameworks using recognized standards such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 27001 to ensure IT systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to apply IT governance and information security policies across the organization, ensuring smooth change management and positive impact on company culture.
• Ensure all company systems including office IT systems, industrial control systems, networks, and data are protected from cyber threats such as hacking, malware, and data breaches.
• Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures, including security monitoring, incident handling, and response to security breaches, either independently or as part of a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Identify and evaluate information security risks, take steps to reduce those risks, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage daily security operations and measure service performance (SLAs), covering identity and access management, network and endpoint security, application security, and data protection for both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.

Requirements
