A leading HR solutions provider is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Jakarta Utara. This role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating project progress, and developing comprehensive project plans. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in project management, particularly in technology environments, while being fluent in English.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters.
Coordinate and monitor progress of assigned projects, track milestones, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Develop, review, and implement project proposals, project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and cost/effort forecasts.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models using Agile, Waterfall, and other best practices.
Maintain proper project documentation including plans, progress reports, and presentations, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Foster strong engagement and collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring balanced views and effective decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging insights from retrospectives, feedback, and process audits.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a technology consulting, digital solutions, or telecommunications environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
Excellent skills in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve project issues effectively.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
