Overview

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end system migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure transition of systems.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and business continuity during migration.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Prepare post-migration documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in system migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and integration tools.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
